Founded in 1967, First Alliance Church of the Christian and Missionary Alliance (FAC) encourages people to follow and spread Jesus’ mission. Located in Calgary, the charity runs four groups of programs: for kids, for students, Arts, and Deerfoot Campus Amenities. FAC spent $5.9m on program costs and grants in the fiscal year ending in June (F2024). The charity does not break down spending by program.
FAC programs for kids include Child Dedication Celebrations where parents make a declaration to God entrusting their child to Him. DiscoveryLand offers Bible studies to children of three age groups (ages zero to two, three to kindergarten, and grades one through four) during weekend services.

The Creative Arts program has visual art gatherings monthly where people bring their own art supplies to work on their own art projects. Theatre is used at FAC during weekend services. The FAC Music program has an adult choir, a kids choir, and an orchestra. FAC School of Music provides private music lessons from professional musicians for a fee.
The Deerfoot Campus Amenities are the Café (open for the weekend services), the Cornerstone Marketplace, and the Play Place. The Cornerstone Marketplace is a Christian bookstore. The Play Place is an indoor play structure open on weekdays for $5 or free on weekends after the service.
FAC gave $1.1m in grants to 22 qualified donees. The largest grants were $730k to The Christian and Missionary Alliance in Canada and $172k to The Western District of the Christian and Missionary Alliance.
