Founded in 1930, Fondation Papillon, also known as the Quebec Society for Disabled Children, is an organization dedicated to defending the rights of children with disabilities and working towards a more inclusive society. Fondation Papillon offers adapted services such as summer camps and daycares for disabled children and their families. The charity reports it is one of the largest vacation camps for disabled children in North America. Its head office is located in Montreal. The charity spent $5.4 million on its programs in F2023.

The charity states it helps disabled adults break the isolation that occurs after they finish school. Fondation Papillon reports its Day Centre welcomes over 24 people each day. The Papillon Day Care (Garderie) provides stimulating activities for disabled children under the age of five. The Residence Papillon offers respite stays for disabled people aged three and above on weekends. The charity reports it welcomes more than 14 people each weekend.
Camp programs represented 42% of program spending in F2022. The charity has three overnight summer camp locations. The largest, Camp Papillon, is a 40-acre camp. In F2022 the charity welcomed 62 campers to its Papillon overnight camp and 44 to its Papillon day camp. Fondation Papillon states it accepted fewer campers due to the pandemic. Campers benefit from a medical team, as well as a range of sports, cultural, and outdoor activities. One of Fondation Papillon's camps, Camp Grandpre finished renovations in F2022. It received a new accessible gymnasium, a new warden house, and renovations on three cabins.
