Founded in 1983, Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital Foundation (CHU Dumont Foundation) raises funds for Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton, New Brunswick. The main granting areas are equipment, research, and lodging.

In F2021, new devices purchased for the hospital include an adapted stretcher, a pediatric bed, and a vital sign monitor. The Dumont UHC hospital had 140,466 ambulatory visits, and 32,965 emergency room visits, with the support of 241 doctors and 2,263 employees. The hospital also provided accommodation for close to 2,000 people and 756 newborns.

CHU Dumont Foundation received $2.0m in donations and special events revenue in F2021. Administrative costs were 29% of revenues (excluding investment income) and fundraising costs were 20% of donations. This resulted in overhead costs of 48%.
