In F2025, 4,648 education services were provided to children with disabilities or those at risk of blindness. Additionally, 3,200 children gained access to safe, accessible school latrines, and 1,448 children with disabilities received support such as school fees, supplies, or transportation.

Comments added by the Charity:
Comment added on August 20, 2025:
Every year, Hope and Healing International procures between $14 million and $20 million of high value medical equipment, medicines, PPE and hospital supplies. We see this as a smart, strategic activity – enabling us to have more life-changing impact.
We consider this procurement a part of our fundraising / resource-raising activity. If we were able to include these activities (expense and revenue), we would receive full points on our efficiency score and would raise us to a five star charity.
Within Charity Intelligence’s snapshot of our effectiveness, they cite that we send 66% of every dollar to our cause. We believe this misrepresents our contribution to serving children caught in the cycle of poverty and disability. This calculation does not include the $19.9 million of medical equipment and supplies, and food requested by our partners that we sourced and shipped to trusted partners in FY24. We don’t believe there should be a different value placed on sending cash to buy an operating microscope, and sourcing and shipping a new operating microscope. The result, in the field, is the same – children being given the life-changing surgery and medical treatment they require.
We are working with Charity Intelligence to understand the information they need to demonstrate what we believe to be the high, life-changing impact of our eye-opening, leg-straightening, ability-restoring medical and rehabilitative work.
